The course presents newspaper clippings and articles that have appeared in the Israeli media over the previous week. The selected pieces are designed to help explore some of the major issues and social problems facing Israeli society. Each topic is followed by a live discussion in Hebrew. The class meets once a week, students must complete homework assignments sent by the teacher to facilitate work on their writing skills. |
